Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our photos are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to fix the problem. If you are still unhappy, we will provide you with a full refund.
Q: What is the difference between the formal and funny pose?
If the group leaders and their students want to, they can request a funny photo be taken, in addition to the classic formal poses. The “funny” option provides the students with the opportunity to get creative and goofy. Some groups even organize their fun shot ahead of time, including costumes and precise positions. The less-formal pose allows band members to exhibit their unique personality and group creativity and are extremely popular.
Q: Do your advertised prices include taxes and shipping?
A: Prices in our brochure include all taxes and other charges. There is, however, a shipping and handling fee applied to photos not picked up at the event that are sent out.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: PSP Sundance accepts cash, cheques, debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Q: How can I speed up the photography portion of the event?
A: To save time and hassle it is best to have the Band Director or a Parent Volunteer compile all the student order forms and make a single payment for the total. Planning your “Funny Photo” poses ahead of time is also a good idea to speed things along.
Q: What if we don't have time to compile the student orders ahead of time?
A: Although this is the most efficient method, groups unable to do this can still have individual students line up at the Photo Stage to pay for and receive their photos individually.
