The PSP Process - It's as Easy as 1 - 2 - 3

Student Process:

Here are the steps to follow for Band Members/Students to ensure their band festival memories are safely captured for all time.
 

STEP 1: Print and complete the PSP Sundance Student Order Form.

STEP 2: As per instructions from your Band Director, return the completed form, with payment attached, to the director prior to the event, or bring your form and fee right to our on-site location during the event.

STEP 3: Take your freshly printed photos home with you.*

*Note: Our business model is built on instant processing right at the venue. Photos not picked up from the event that require shipping and extra handling will be subject to an administration fee.

Director Process:

Here are the steps for Band Directors to follow to ensure their members get to take home their precious keepsake photos from the event.

STEP 1: After confirmation of booking, print and distribute the PSP Sundance Student Order Form to each of your members to take home to their parents. Please ensure all of your musicians are aware of the photo service to avoid the yearly, "We didn't know there would be photographers!" crisis.

Step 2: Using the returned Student Forms, complete the Director Form to bring to the event, along with the total payment. PSP Sundance accepts

STEP 3: Have the band members line up, right at the venue, to receive their photos from the PSP rep or distribute the photos to your members yourself, depending on whatever works best for you. Be sure to remind your musicians and their parents that with our popular at-venue printing capability, the photos they order will accompany them on the way home from the event.
